     Kathy's music is a combination of classically trained vocals, self-taught guitar and a passion for poetry.  Her performances have earned her accolades including "Best Acoustic Performer" by the Fort Lauderdale paper, City Link and "Best Acoustic Blues Duo" (with former partner, John "the cop" Eischen) by Miami New Times.  She has also showcased on Songwriters Night at Nashville's infamous Bluebird Café in addition to several music conferences including The Philadelphia Music Conference, NEMO (Boston), NXNE (Toronto) and the Riverwalk Blues Festival.  

     Her music can be heard on stations across the country from WLRN in Miami to KCLA in California, and internationally in Berlin, Australia, and the UK.  She has also been the opening act for MCA recording artists, The Mavericks, Michelle Shocked, Roger McGuinn, and Marilyn Manson.

     Kathy is also a published writer with short stories and poetry featured in Music Horror Stories, The Invisible City and The Anonymous Review as well as a monthly column on longislandmusicscene.com.  Her music is featured on the indie films:  Jealous God, Shadow of Death, and Rosie's Request, and on Disney Channel's Z Games and The Oxygen Network.

     Her gigs are not limited to paying engagements, and she often performs at benefits including Sweet Relief Musician's Fund, 9-11 UFA Widow's and Children's Fund and compilation CD, Toys for Tots, and the AIDS charitable organization, Legacy.

     Adding to her discography, which already includes Speaking Guillotine, Sympathetic Coffee, 10 Doors Down, and the cassette Anamorphosis, Kathy has recently released Unresolved, her fourth CD, to great reviews.

     She performs regularly in New York and the tri-state area and currently resides with her 19 lb cat, Aretha (Named after the Queen of Soul).
